Through our co-operative ownership of Genuinely Affordable Homes and commitment to Mutual Benefit , we provide:

Stability and Growth for our members by letting our homes with secure tenancies at rents that they can actually afford (giving families the headspace to plan and save for their future) and a support network through which we invest in each other's success.

An Investment in People that will produce long lasting returns for our partners (whether they are supporting us through donations, grants or loans) and for our community as our members pay forward the good that's been invested in them.

We are driven by two truths:

1. A good quality, affordable and stable home is a foundational need that we all deserve to have met.
2. As God's faithful stewards, we are called to invest in and meet each other's needs.

It is our purpose, our driving force. It's the reason we get up every day and do what we do. Most importantly, it keeps pushing us to achieve bigger and better things with each new challenge.

Our members & partners

Our members and investment partners understand that the current models of housing are unsustainable.  They share our belief that a house (or flat) is first and foremost a home and that property investment should deliver good quality, affordable and stable homes that enable people and communities to grow and flourish to God's glory.  They want to be part of and/or support an enabling and thriving community.
